Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible
ETS NORD AS is the controller for personal data processed when you use FLOWiQ and when you sign in to it through the ETS NORD sign-in service.
2. What this notice covers
It describes the personal data FLOWiQ uses to let you sign in and to keep your work in the program. Use of FLOWiQ is also covered by the terms of use.
3. Data from the sign-in service
When you sign in through the ETS NORD sign-in service, FLOWiQ receives:
- a permanent account identifier;
- your name;
- your email address;
- the time you signed in, and the sign-in session;
- the access you have been given for FLOWiQ.
FLOWiQ does not receive your password. It also does not receive your phone number, company, or city from the sign-in service.
4. Data you enter in FLOWiQ
FLOWiQ stores the projects, rooms, product selections, and settings you create, together with your account, so that you can continue that work later. Settings include the language you choose.
5. Why the data is used
The data is used to sign you in, to decide whether your account may use FLOWiQ, to show your name, and to keep your projects and settings. It is not used for any other purpose in this version of the notice.
6. How long it is kept
Account and project data is kept while your account is used for FLOWiQ, and afterwards for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal duties. Exact retention periods will be set out in a later version of this notice.
7. Your requests
You may ask ETS NORD AS for access to your personal data, and to have it corrected or deleted, within the limits of the law. You may also complain to a data protection authority. Contact ETS NORD through its usual company channels, referring to this FLOWiQ privacy notice.
8. This version
This is version 1, published as a temporary text so the sign-in service can refer to it. A later version will replace this text in the program.
