1. Who these terms are from
These terms are from ETS NORD AS. They cover use of FLOWiQ at flowiq.etsnord.com, including signing in through the ETS NORD sign-in service.
2. An account is required
You may use FLOWiQ only with an account that ETS NORD has allowed to use it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
3. How FLOWiQ may be used
FLOWiQ is a tool for selecting and working with ETS NORD ventilation products. Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or use another person’s account.
Check selections and calculations before they are used in a real building. FLOWiQ does not replace the judgement of a qualified person.
4. Access may be stopped
ETS NORD may change FLOWiQ, and may suspend or end access to an account, for example if the account is misused or is no longer allowed to use FLOWiQ.
5. Personal data
Use of FLOWiQ and the sign-in service is also covered by the privacy notice.
6. This version
This is version 1, published as a temporary text so the sign-in service can refer to it. A later version will replace this text in the program. If part of these terms cannot be applied, the rest still applies.
